Half Cow - Deposit

We generally have cows available in fall and spring months. These are offered on a first come-first served basis. We keep a waiting list for upcoming cows.

We will have 10 half cows available coming October - November 2024. The $500 price you pay today counts as your deposit. We will get in touch with you closer to the processing time of your half cow for collection of the remainder of payment.

Example of cost for half a cow broken down:
Average 1/2 cow will be around 300lb hanging weight.

Your estimate cost is $4.50 per pound for the hanging weight.

Final cost for cow would be roughly $1,350

Then you will add in your butchering cost which can range from $1-$2 per pound of hanging weight, depending on what services you request. (With a middle price estimate of $1.50 per pound, your cost for cow + butchering would be: $2,100.)
